How do I request service?
Contact us by telephone or on the internet. We’ll schedule an in-home consultation to talk with you about your needs and develop a service plan.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured. Insurance validation certificates are available upon request.
What is your policy for protecting keys?
Keeping your home safe and secure is a high priority to us. We take seriously our responsibility to maintain your keys in a secure manner. Keys are coded in a manner that will not reveal your address or contact information. Keys are kept in a key safe and returned by our maids at the end of each day. Keys are given to the assigned pet sitters and returned to the office at the end of the assignment. According to your preference, keys can be maintained on file with us or returned to you at completion of assignments.
Do I need to be home for the maids?
No, we can keep a key to your house on file in our secure safe. We require all keys to be returned to the safe at the end of each day. We can also use a security code if you have that type of system in your home. If you choose to be home, we’ll give you a window of time to expect our arrival. Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to give you a specific time of arrival. If we do not have a key or an access code and we are unable to get into the home on the day of the scheduled cleaning, a $50.00 lock-out fee will be charged.
How much will the maid services cost?
An estimate will be given upon the initial visit to your home. Fees are based on square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, special surfaces, and condition of the house. We strive to give an accurate estimate for the initial cleaning, but sometimes the job will take longer than anticipated. We will not go over the estimate without contacting you for approval of additional hours.
How much will the lawn service cost?
Price will be based on the service requested. We will develop a plan based on your specific needs. We will visit your home and give you a free estimate.
We wish we could offer this service to owners, but our insurance regulations allow for transportation of the pet only. All pets must be in transportation carriers during transport and many pets will need a leash.
How do I pay?
Payments are due at time of service, we accept checks or MasterCard/Visa via Paypal. If you choose to pay by check, please leave the check in a designated location in your home on the day of service. Payments will be collected upon your return for pet sitting services or can be paid with a check or MasterCard/Visa via Paypal.
How much notice should I give to cancel service?
Please notify us as soon as possible so we will have the opportunity to schedule another customer in your time slot. For maid services, we require a twenty-four hour notice. Client will be billed a late cancellation fee of $50.00 for less than a twenty-four hour notice. For lawn services, the same policy applies. If you need to cancel pet services, please notify us as soon as possible. There will a charge of $25.00 if pet sitters are cancelled on the day of scheduled service.
What if my maid or lawn service day falls on a holiday?
We will make every attempt to reschedule your visit to another day within the week of the holiday.
Will I be obligated to continue your services or sign a contract for an extended period of time?
No, we do not require any certain amount of service and you are free to cancel at any time. Please give us at least twenty-four hours notice prior to cancellation of services.
